demands for quality, application requirements and product usage. CASING GUARD is especially prepared for casings that are subject to environmental
attacks like high temperatures, acid rain, marine conditions and many other environments. CASING GUARD offers an optimal combination between product quality and application efficiency.  CASING GUARD can be applied at all
undergrounds, in combination with a primer if required. The coating system is designed for minimal surface preparation, efficient drying times and limited chance of over spray. This reduces processing time, which is 80% of the cost of a coating system. Chemical Resistance:
CASING GUARD withstands almost most chemical vapor exposure conditions. As a guideline, the Maximum Acceptable Concentration or MAC value is the exposure condition limit of the CASING GUARD coating system. If the MAC values are exceeded, THERMOGUARD should be consulted. A resistance list is available upon request.
 Corrosion Resistance:
CASING GUARD has a high corrosion resistance level:
· ASTM G85
· ASTM B 117
· Kesternich test 80 cycles sulphuric environment (fuel combustion)
Application:
 Before applying CASING GUARD the surface must be degreased with ECO CLEAN. When the casing contains rust or is heavily contaminated, the surface must be sanded or deoxidized with Alu Pickle, before applying the top layer. For a good adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance use P-PRIMER on specified surfaces. CASING GUARD Coating Systems are particularly suitable as a workshop coating, but can easily be processed in the field, for touch up jobs or even overhaul activities. CASING GUARD can be applied by roller, brush or airless equipment.
